Gerry acts as an early stage adviser to businesses looking to set up in the UK assisting with key pre. market entry issues like the preparation of business and marketing plans , assisting with the recruitment of key staff and dealing with HR issues, tax planning and discussing the key legal issues around market entry. In addition all post launch accounting and tax compliance matters can be dealt with. Gerry has a large portfolio of overseas businesses from the USA ,Canada, EU region and Australasia.
Gerry also provides a wide range of services to the financial services sector ranging from FCA application advice, providing a totally outsourced back office support function for such entities, acting as FCA auditor and also, providing tax and financial planning advice on a proactive basis.
Gerry is a very active member of the Irish International Business Network ( IIBN) London chapter .
Gerry has recently attained the ILM level 7 Executive Coach and Mentoring qualification.
Out of work Gerry is an active cyclist. He has completed cycle challenges in New Zealand, South Africa ,Cuba , Morocco and I have spent a week exploring the French Alps.
